Welcome to one of the two Decisiv API documentation pages. These provide information on the Decisiv APIs for interacting with the Decisiv platform as either a Service Provider or a Fleet.

The APIs detailed on this page enable Service Providers and associated dealer systems to interact with Decisiv SRM during the lifecycle of a service case, including estimate creation.

Platform API

The Platform API primarily provides an interface for developing applications that interact with the Decisiv cases. This API exposes line items, parts, VMRS, notes, attachments, and estimate approval. Additionally, it exposes supplementary case information including assets, users, and service providers.

Global Assets

The Global Assets API provides an interface for interacting directly with assets on the platform - providing access to basic asset information, as well as warranties, recalls, and build information when authorized and available.

Service Provider

The Service Provider API provides an optimized interface for applications to be developed easily in the context of the concerns of a service provider. This API currently exposes customer and customer-asset information and will continue to grow in related areas.
